Ram Srinivasan – Advisor, Xengax Capital
Ram Srinivasan is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in complex technical infrastructure projects across both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), he specializes in managing balance of plant systems and overseeing large-scale Department of Energy (DOE) projects. His expertise extends to firm-fixed price contracts, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, and technical engineering management.
With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ram has a deep understanding of thermodynamic design, optimization, and power conversion systems. His work in Cooling Tower Systems, Rankine Cycle, and Brayton Cycle has contributed to advancements in nuclear and fossil power plant efficiency. Prior to his current role, he held key leadership positions at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Skanska USA, CB&I Stone & Webster Inc., and Building Energy Automation, where he managed mission-critical infrastructure and energy projects.
